Winemaker Notes

Wine color is an attractive golden yellow with amber hues, provided by its contact with the grape skins and the fact that it has not been filtered. Initially shy on the nose, its first steps lead us to the scents of unpeeled fruit: oranges, yellow apples and plums, but as it gradually begins to open up, we find the citric flesh of loquats and grapefruits.

Oxygen works to bring the sweetness of peaches in contrast with the pungency of the nutmeg and the creaminess of cashew nuts and bitter almonds.
There are also fleshy apple notes wrapped inside a smooth coat of almonds and honey.

It is structured, full-bodied yet it does not feel heavy. It is rich in flavour featuring ripe yellow apple and nuts, and supple to the touch. Long and persistent, it displays an amazing
pairing potential.
